My wife has thyroid problem for the last three year her fst thyroid tsh was 11; 4 and wt was 62 kg Dr. advised thyrox 25 after 7-8 month he adv thyrox 50 now we again test for thyroid got tested which was within specified limit but the Dr. adv thyrox 100. Now the problem is this that she gain the wt mostly on her upper arms so you are requested to suggest the med.

Ideally you should be doing a good mix of cardio, weights and crossfit� exercises to keep you healthy Together� with a balanced diet with optimum� healthy fat protein and carbs.� Avoid� deep fried fatty food and fast food. No soft drinks /sugary drinks. I am outlining� food you should avoid or restrict in Hypothyroidism. It's important� you maintain� your body weight exercise regularly.
