I am a 20 year old female. I have 62 kg weight. I want to reduce my weight through diet. I have listened about mono diet, it is helpful in reducing weight? OR it is any other way to reduce my weight through diet control because I am very busy and I really don't have any time for workout or exercise. Please help me.
