I am now following Japanese water therapy which involves drinking 640 ml of water on waking up and before brushing. Can I add lemon and honey to the water I drink?

Hye. Adding honey lime will help flush out your system. As for water it's definitely good to have water on waking up to help hydration of your body and start metabolism for the day. Depending on it exclusively for curing and illness is not right though. Remember, you cannot opt for a single convenient remedy to help cure illnesses. It's all about overall healthy lifestyle. So, follow a good diet and exercise routine and you take water or lime water too early morning.
