I took a corticosteroid injection in my right shoulder today morning bcos of some soreness while doing workout, after which I have a slight pain on my shoulder while I lift my arm, I neglected it and did some moderate weight lift ing in the evening. Now i'm feeling sever pain on my shoulder while I lift up my arm. What should I do now?
