I have a thin physique I want to develop my body but I am allergic to milk. Is there any alternative. Should I start going to gym. Should I take protein powder. Or can I do it in any other natural way.

You should start going to gym. And if you are allergic to milk, there is no need to worry. There are plenty of other food stuff that can provide you nutrition. I would suggest you to go for non-veg food. And yes protein powders are safe if you are working out and take a branded powder.
