My mother is 65 years old. She had fever (not more than 100) 3 times for the last one month. Now she is feeling tired but now she has no fever. Dr. Advised to do cbc test. Did the test. The test result shows: haemoglobin: 8.9 gms/dl, hct: 33%, tlc: 6200/cumm, mcv: 82.5 fl, mch: 22.3 pg, mchc: 27.0 gms/dl. Neuro: 63%, lymph: 32%, eosino: 04%, baso: 00%, mono: 01% blood film morphology is as under: rbc: moderately hypochromic and microcytic mainly. Anisocytosis (+) poikilocytosis (+) wbc: no abnormal cell seen. Platelet: adequate in number on ps esr is: 68 mm/1st hour. We did urine routine test. There is no infection. We did stool (occult) blood test. The report is negative. The creatinine level is 1.2 we did a ultrasound of whole abdomen. Findings are as follows: (1) left renal cortical cyst (approx 4.33 cm) (2) uterus fibroid (approx 1.46 cm) (3) libothian cyst (approx 0.99 cm) is it serious? What can I do now for my mother?
