I have stomach problems during summer season & I can't stay calm & composed. Please help me.

Take care of your diet it is more important in summer as every thing gets spoiled very fast because of the heat eat fresh vegetables and fruits and simple homemade food stay away from fried spicy and junk food and excessive tea and coffee drink plenty of water and liquids to stay hydrated.

Take light food which is freshly prepared and warm. Avoid junk drink jeera water/coriander seed water if problems are not cured you should take medicines.
