And my future wife is healthy too and me too, As we tested. So can I had unprotected sex with my wife. Is it ok to do. Can I get HIV. And I want to know what should be the time gap to have sex. Coz last I had sex 2 mnth ago with my x and now after 8 day I am going to have sex with my wife. So is it safe to have unprotected sex.

You are both healthy and tested as you have stated. So what is the apprehension you still have, except for pregnancy? Still if you think you may have contracted from your x, then you can only be sure if you test negative 6 months after the last contact. Before that you have to use condoms for the safety of you next partner.

It is obvious you are engaging in unsafe sex with your cousins. Oral sex will protect the female partners from getting pregnant, so that way it is safe, provided you are not having vaginal sex with them. Semen gets metabolised in the salivary and gastric secretions so there no sequelae to it. But having multiple partners does put every one at risk of acquiring infections.
