I am 30 years old. I am suffering from high bp from last few days. Yesterday it was 100/160. What should I do to get this to normal range?

Please get your complete blood biochemistry results. Meanwhile cut down on salt intake and xtra calories. Stop alcohol and smoking if applicable. Take out time to exercise about 150min a week. Do let me know the follow up. You may take 4-6 weeks of healthy lifestyle changes before embarking on medicines.
