I work in night shifts. Can I get some tips how to maintain diet. I have a gastric problem and sometimes I feel I'm not hungry bcoz of this.

U need to schedule ur diet as we do it in the morning hours. Before u leave have your dinner but not heavy, then in-between you can munch on some dry fruits and fruits. Have some sandwich or handy foods after that but no oily foods.then probably u can have ur breakfast and sleep later
