Hi lybrate-user balanced diet is important for immunity. Ideally you should have 50 to 70 mg protein per day. Your height and weight has to be taken into consideration for individualization *animal sources best: meat, chicken, fish, egg plants: daals dairy: milk /paneer /curd. 1 poultry egg medium size contains 6 gram protein. You can't have chicken just once a week. You need it as a part of every meal for muscle mass and healthy immunity. Hope this helps.
