I want to reduce my tummy fat. I am in food industry and can't stop food tasting. Please suggest me how to do this?

Dear lybrate-user tyagi, good evening. Reducing tummy fat is very easy. Take proper food in proper time. Yogasanas like dhanurasana, pavana mukthasana, padahastasana will definitely reduce your tummy fat. Try to go for walking regularly. Best wishes.
