Hi lybrate-userto reduce 5 kg in 4 weeks follow these tips: do's compulsorily eat fruits & salad daily. Include fat free dairy products in your meal. Sleep for 6-7 hours daily. Exercise fro 30-40 mins daily. Do not's oily, fried, fatty food. Fasting. Stress. Sedentary lifestyle.

Hi, sedentary lifestyle is one of the major cause of multiple lifestyle disorders and the beginning is with gaining weight. To manage this the easiest way is 1/2 an hr walk daily, either in evening or morning. Besides this you can start phytolacca berry tablets (schwabe) to reduce your weight.
