Hallo, I have this Problem since 2008. Whenever I have anal sex I would have anal Fisher for some days or one and half or two weeks then it would be ok if I would have sex again I would face the same Problem and it would be okay again even without using medication and treatment. I need some advise and treatment.

The very fact you have anal sex repeatedly albeit with a gap by which your anal canal has dilated to an extent where it gets used to insertion of penis which is larger than the bolus of stool you normally pass therefore you do not have pain as you had in the first instance. This a normal physiological response for which no medicine is required. As you have asked this question to a medical doctor it is imperative on my part to tell you that please do take enough of precautions while engaging in this abnormal sexual exercise. I presume you are aware of such precautions.
