I am suffering from constipation last 12 years. I want to recovery from this problem.

Take four glass water without brushing your teeth after sitting on floor or bed with a gap of five to ten minutes daily. After that 45 minutes nothing else to take. Add papaya and fibre food in your daily diet. Daily stool us cleared or not. Stool is hard or not and what is your daily diet. I would like to know all details.
