I student. From morning to evening I have no work and our college have no outdoor games. So my weight is increased to 10 kgs. I want to lose weight. Please help.

Hi, tips for weight loss follow a balanced diet. Eat more homemade food. Have 3 servings of vegetables a day start a day with health breakfast like king. Drink more water. Add a meatless meal once a week. Eat more whole grain. Switch from full fat dairy to low fat. Eat good & healthy fat. Have healthy snacks.
