How do I get rid of stomach bloating? Its really embarrassing. I do exercise but I think I lack some things. Kindly guide.

Is there problem of acidity indigestion etc. This has to be attended. Proper diet in a controlled manne. Small but more frequent meals. Avoid oily food. More of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits. Chalk out daily light exercise planned and advised by a trained guide as a routine will bring tone in abdominal muscles. Patience is necessary
