I started masturbation from last five years. But in early stage it was normal. But I got a problem with it. I thought I lost my sperm totally because the white things which is shown in a sperm can not be seen. What should I do? Is there any difficulty in being a father in future? Repeated masturbation in a day may lead to decreased viscosity of the semen. But that is reversible once you stop or decrease masturbations. Sperms are microscopic and not visible to naked eyes, so there is no chance of you not seeing them. The best thing to confirm your sperm counts is a semen analysis which can give a guide about your fertility status. From my side you don't need to worry for any treatment so far.
