Sir now a days I am suffering by piles. I am very I'll. Blood put every day. Become I'll. In this way I am also suffering by acidity and gas. I also smoke. Pls help me. Pls say what is my treatment? May I smoke during this piles?

Hi there, piles is very common among youngster who are having sedentary life style. If you are having problem of bleeding piles who can apply sum measures which help you to get rid of the pain and suffering. As you mentioned you smoke as well, smoking continuously for long period of time causes constipation. And constipation increases the piles. What to do? 1. Start taking sits bath, take a big tub add hot water I n it. Mix 1tsp of dettol to the hot water and sit in that hot water for about 10-15 mins daily. This will alleviate the pain and swelling around anus. 2. Have good diet containing lots of fibre. As diet rich in fibres hlep to prevent constipation. 3. Start taking plenty of fibrous fruits like papaya, banana, sweetlime, orange, pomegranate etc. 4. Your daily diet should consist of atleast a bowl of salads. Mixed salad consisting of cucumber, carrots, onions, tomatoes, beetroot etc also helps in preventing constipation. 5. Drinking plenty of waters minimum 3-4 lits per day also helps in getting rid of constipation. 6. Drinking luke warm water on empty stomach in morning and before going to bed at night also relives constipation. 7. Avoid taking spicy and chilly food, as it may aggravate your problem of piles. 8. Avoid the junk food and the items made from all purpose flour (maida). As you mentioned that you suffer from acidity also you can have above mentioned food products which will relive most of your complains. Taking curd or butter milk helps to reduce acidity. Snacking through out the day checks acidity. Eating small small meal frequently relives acidity. Keep munching with fruits, sprouts, salads, nuts and almonds between your meals. Studies have shown that, smokers usually suffer from constipation. It has got no direct relation for producing piles. It just that, if a smoker suffers from constipation, he might have piles or fissures problem in future. It's better to stop smoking or you can just cut down the number of ciggerates you smoke in a day.
