I am 22 send have been suffering from constipation for past 2 months. I tried taking laxatives but had no results. Please advise.

Try to have some good fiber content food like lots of green veggies and fruits and drink warm lemon water or tea once in the morning and 2-3liters of water everyday. Make a habit of having morning walk for 15-20min. All these help to improve your bowel movements.
