I am 26 years old. I had a baby in 2011 n my doctor had asked me to eat calcium tablets for six months but due to some tension n stress I had those calcium pills for not even one month after delivery. N no proper diet. I always feel weak n dull. Never felt fresh after baby so now should I start some calcium supplement available in the market or what should I do?

Of course you should take them, even now. You must have a proper diet because you are suffering from malnutrition. In fact I suggest that you take a multivitamin and multi-mineral as supplements. It is better if you took vitamin d3 along with calcium, which is how it is found anyway. You may also eat a lot of greens, expose yourself to some sunlight every day, and do some weight-bearing exercises, for a natural way to good health regarding calcium uptake.
