Hi, I am 28 years old unmarried. My height 4 ft. 10 inch with 47 kg weight. My right ovary size is (48�27 mm). 24�22 mm cyst in right ovary. Endometrial thickness is (8.2 mm). And I have acne problem but I am having regular period but the periods are less only for 1 day and heavy clots are there and 2nd or 3rd day having slightly blackish spotting. But the cramps are worse and lower back abdominal pain is unbearable. Is this serious or normal? Please suggest. Read less.
