5 months ago I did mnrf (micro needling rf) and my skin was awful then first I was prescribed clobetasone but it was?t useful then I started using mometasone for more than 2 months then day by day skin became worse, then I was prescribed tacrolimus 0/1% it was helped me so much but even after 5 months my skin is red and darker than others parts of my skin, I changed my dermatologist just recently he told me this is steroid induced rosacea (tsdf) and I was prescribed ivermectin 12 mg for 4 weeks once, doxycycline 100 daily once, pimecrolimus 0/1%,brimonidine gel sometimes my skin is very red. Now I wanna know this treatment is good and also I this pimecrolimus can?t treat redness as equal as tacrolimus although pimecrolimus won?t make skin sensitive and itching shall I continue this treatment without any doubt?
