I am a women aged 27 years leading a sedentary life. Over the last 4 year I have gained 7 kg. My height is 159 cm and my weight is 63.5 kg. Please suggest me a good diet. I am a non vegetarian.

You should stop leading a sedentary life first of all. Start exercising, drink upto 4 litres of water a day, eat fruits and salad, have grilled chicken, green leafy vegetables, pulses, reduce oil and sugar intake.
