Hi, cervicogenic headache is due to upper cervical nerves (mainly 3rd & sometimes 2nd) forming occipital nerve. Go for diagnostic facet block for these nerves, once diagnosis is confirmed as diagnostic block should give you relief for few hours, then radiofrequency ablation of these nerves can be done to give you permanent relief. Hope this helps your querry.
