I am doing dieting not consuming rice, or oil foods, even doing jogging and small exercises still my weight is not getting reduced and my belly also. Pls suggest me to reduce my fat, I am ashamed to go and see a girl for my marriage also. Age - 27, height 5.8, weight 95.5kg, waist 40 inch.

Please do treadmill for at least 30-45 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they?re cooked. Limit your food intake to ONLY and ONLY 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.
