Dear sir, I really confused regarding my question HIV by Oral sex like licking vagina (Clitoris only), giving penis on her mouth (No cut on my penis) and fingering on vagina. Some of the doctor saying no test required and some of the doctor saying do a rapid HIV please clear it. I am outside India, I can not test here. We have to give visa medical every 2 years only.

Most of the times oral sex will not lead to hiv transmission. More importantly, your partner has to be hiv infected in the first place. Only in the uncommon scenario where there is any kind of lesion, cut or wound in your oral cavity, can the transmission occur from the genital secretions of an infected partner. If you are extremely worried then you can get yourself tested. Do not indulge in high risk behaviors in the future.

Chances of getting hiv through oral sex is minimal but it is better to screen every 3 months or if you have fcilities then go for p24 antigen. P24 antigen gives very rapid results as early as 2weeks. And we have chances of taking post prophyalaxis not to get hiv also.
