I like to have sex with my wife always and we are having the sexual three times a day some times and weekly 10 times we are doing and she like too and the problem is she is still not get pregnant and I do not know and becoz my wife had a treatment before when his ex husband and her ex husband not able to give birth to give a baby and she gone to treatment before and now a days they are separated and I married with her and AI treatment she is done before and now I done many times but she is not get pregnant and she is getting irregular periods too and now what I should for this and make my wife as to get pregnant.

As you said, her menses are irregular, there may be difficulty in getting pregnant. But you should wait for 1 full year, before you seek any medical help. Even if she has irregular period, she is likely to be ovulating, as she is not overweight. As your weight is normal for your height, there is no extra treatment required before you plan to get pregnant. If there is no pregnancy after 1 full year then you have to start taking treatment. To get pregnant you need to have fallopian tubes patent which is checked by hsg test and semen should be adequate quality which is checked by semen analysis. These both tests are done before the treatment of any infertile couple. Once the above tests are normal, then treatment with clomiphene citrate is started with monitoring of egg.
