Hi Doctors, So here's my problem. I had an open appendectomy exactly 2 months and 8 days ago. I had it on January 25, 2016.7 weeks after, I sudden ran in the stairs, forgetting about my surgery. But there was no effect or such. And then after 5 days, March 25 (2nd month after surgery), we had a family swimming so of course I had fun on the beach but I did not run nor did intense swimming. But after 3 days I guess, I always feel this pain in my left hypogastrium, beside my upper groin. I also feel pain in my back, and my sides. Then this day, april 2, I suddenly feel this pain right under my incision. The pain comes and goes. It's bearable but I get nervous about it. I have thoughts that the scar inside might have opened, and I don't want that to happen. I'm not experiencing any infections and my scar is perfectly fine. I don't have fever, nausea, and I'm not vomiting. I have cough and feels like I'm out of breath sometimes but it's surely because of cough. I'm just worried about the pain I always feel. Please let me know what this is. Thanks!

You have not to worry. Get your ultrasound abdomen done and show to the doctor, it appear of muscular pain only. Inside stiching never open like this, don't think too much.
