I am a housewife suffering from back pain from several years because of uplifting higher weights of buckets and other household things.

Hi, I see that you are a little overweight accordance to your height and age. Try to reduce some weight by doing some changes in your diet. Mean while when you are lifting any heavy objects try not to bend your back directly and lifting the object. Whenever you are lifting any weight you have to bend your knees, do not bend your back this will reduce the pressure on your back.
