Actually you are suffiirng from gastro-esophageal reflux. In this condition the acid in your stomach is coming to your food pipe and some times to your mouth as well causing sour teeth. Treatment is very easy and major part of this treatment is diet modification like stop consuming spicy or hot food, limit number of coffee or tea intake, do not take bed tea early morning if you can not skip bed tea have it with biscuits, consume small amount of food every two hourly, avoid citrus food or fruits like orange, grapes, berries etc. Consume lots and lots of water. Do this for one month you will surely note change in your health. If you want to go for medicinal treatment then first you need to change your life style and let me know how effective it is. Then only I can plan for medications.
