This should be considered as normal report and most sonography report says says this. It is usually cleared by the time of delivery.

Many a times sonography does reval mild pyelectasis and a normal bladder. Is the liqor around the baby normal? if yes, do not worry, this will pass and may revert to normal in time as will be noted in subsequent sonography. Generally if the baby is growing well the liqor around the baby is normal, such findings are usually disregarded and the paediatrician who attends to the baby at delivery may assess, what to do about it if baby passes urine after birth and there is not difficulty, nothing more than a sonography may be done to see the normalisation of this pyelectasis. If the liqor is reduced, it means there is an obstruction to the urine flow of the baby and it may require some advanced sonography and tretaments with involvement of a fetal medicine expert.
