Hai, Im 25 years old 155cm and 60kg, I want to reduce my weight my body structure is not like normal woman. My bicep, butt and thighs are big can not reduce that parts. And I tried to do exercise but can not able to do I dnt not have stamina power and also correct immunity power feeling tired very fast one day I fell down when im doing excerisice. Please give some tips to reduce my body and get good health.
