You are at the growing age and must be a student I am sure do checkup what is a balanced diet and take that be mire particular in your daily routines engage yourself in outdoor games and concentrate on one thing at a time with full attention you have to train your mind.

HI, Eat homemade food.Avoid junkfood ,chinese food,too much spicy and fried food.Eat salads,fruits, green leafy vegetables. Do regular yoga ,Pranayam and breathing exercises to stay healthy
