I am allergic to high temperature and my face get reddish on exposure to the heat or sunlight. Can you tell me what is the main reason behind this and also the solution.

You yourself have mentioned the reason yes you are allergic to sunlight and high temperatures only thing you can do is avoid your exposure to them and apply some good sunscreen lotion and use protection from sun rays while going out.
