Before 6 months I aborted my first pregnancy because of no growth within 2 months. I am currently working in IT field. What all things should be care before conceiving and after conceiving.

You should avoid next pregnancy for 6 months from the last abortion which you already did. Chances of repeat abortion or pretem delivery increases if one becomes pregnant within 6 months of miscarriage. No special treatment or tests are needed if you had only one miscarriage or spontaneous abortion.
