Chitraji, with current tsh level on 3.8 milli units/ml, your thyroxine dose is correct. At that level of tsh all the symptoms get fully suppressed. Feeling tired is seen when tsh levels are higher meaning hypothyroidism is not in control. If you still feel fatigued, get your hemoglobin checked, and if it is low take appropriate treatment. In addition, follow all the guidelines about avoiding soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, mustard, peanuts and coffee. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and fruits and use whole grain flour for making chapati and roti. Exercise daily for at least 1 hour. By following this you will feel energetic.
