Sir I have pain in back from 2 years I have mri report but no nuro problem but I lift some more weight so Dr. Say stretch in muscles. Sir there is continuous pain in back and when pain is more then pain in leg bone difficult to walk sometimes. I consulted Dr. Again he advised for exercise. what is your opinion ?

Dear patient you've written very less regarding your problem though but try doing the isometrics of the back muscles and active bridging exercises. Initiate bridging bilaterally without resistance and progress to resisted bridging bilaterally followed by unilateral resisted bridging. Cat'n'camel exercise will help you to self mobilize the spine which will surely help reducing the pain. Avoid core strengthening and weight bearing exercises of legs. And do use ls belt all the time when you" re walking or standing.
