Dear Sir, I have gain my weight a lot in last 1 year and due to this I got tied very easily and found my self less active then others. My day to day routine includes a sitting working hours of 10 every day and not be able to engage d myself in physical work. I badly need to reduces my weight by any means. Kindly help. For reducing over weight do yoga, daily exercise, eat fiber meal. Drink plenty of water in day time. Avoid spicy and oily meal. Do tests thyroid profile, testosterone and bmi and reply.
