We gain fat when there is imbalance between our consumption and expenditure of calories. Fat increases fat. That's fact so first thing is to restrict consuming fat. Remember don't skip your major meals. Just stop taking in between snacks etc. Don't drink much water during meals and after meals. If you have fat only over your abdomen then simple brisk walking will help you much. Do not get tensod. Go for simple methods rather having medicines. Dieting. Or tough exercises.
