Hello lybrate user, refrain from consuming pain killers (analgesics) as they may have side effects that you are not aware off. Hand pain may be due to fatigue, exhaustion due to your profession. Mention if the pain is associated with tingling / numbness and refer back. In that situation we may need to get some radiological assessment done. God bless you.
