I have a desk job and in the last 2 year my weight gone up 75 to 85. I want to lose weight. Please help.

Hello, it is vey important to have some mobility in body may it be stairs climbing or walking till the parking or simpme desk stretches or walking while talking on phone, or some home workouts. Also low fat, sufficent balanced diet is required. Have more fibres rich fruits and salads. Let me know for further diet plan if required.
