Mr. Lybrate-user, you have 3 unrelated problems, pain in your legs while standing, you should rule out varicose veins, seea surgeon he will examine you if required get a venous doppler. Painful ejaculation, you may have a bit of infection in urethra, passing mucous in stools, there may be stool infection, get your stool examined for routine & micro, get your urine examined too for routine & micro, depending on the results we can start the nessacary treatment for both the problems.
