Hello.... Eat simple food like all green veges and fresh fruits.. Also include salad in daily diet..... Drink lots of water..... Avoid junk food and cold drinks and sweets..... Avoid mango, banana, shakes, full cream milk...... Avoid non veg and yellow part of egg.. Prefer lean meat...... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym......
