I have severe back pain. It started in mid 2020, and pain was too mild, slowly pain increased then in 2021 october I consulted from a doctor, did some physiotherapy and mri earlier to check my condition of back. I have lumbar spondylitis and its written like "diffuse disc bulge at l4-l5 and l5-s1 levels, causing effacement of bilateral recess/neural foramina with no indentation of the bilateral traversing nerve roots. Due to corona and office work I am unable to continue with my treatments (timing issue). At home when ever I get time I do my exercises, medicines mostly vit d as prescribed and use prescribed corset also. First thing what more I need to do coz according to Dr. It needs time to get recover second can I do jumping or running exercises which I used to do earlier but right now I am not doing it.
