I am 34 years have lower back pain from few days its mostlywen sit down and get up the pain in my side waist also. Can you please help.

I would recommend seeing a physiotherapist for assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the underlying cause of your difficulty standing after sitting if you haven't already. One of the most common clinical causes of this complaint is a lumbar disc bulge although it could be due to other conditions such as coccydynia, spinal degeneration, facet joint sprain etc.
