age bracket for growth in height is from birth to 20years of age, a few cms from 20-25 years of age, therefore at age of 30years it is not possible to increase height. Height depends upon genetics, as per the average height of parents/grand parents one gets height. I would advise you accept what you have and be contended with it, do not think this way that you are short in height because it will affect your confidence and personality. Wish you good luck.
