yes, cerelac can be given to your baby if you have already given him semi-liquid diet as weaning should be done gradually (i. E. Start with liquid like'daal ka paani'chawal ka paani' then switch over to mashed boiled potato, mashed ripened banana, mashed well-cooked rice or daal then comes your cerelac).
Initially start with once a day, quantity and how to prepare it - these are mentioned over the box. Later twice a day along with gradual introduction of light natural food into his diet.

Hi,
Its good to start with cerelac.You can give your baby this twice or thrice a day.Also you can start giving your baby dal water ,soft rice and boiled vegetables ,Ragi fluor and wheat fluor preparings.
