A migraine is a severe Pulsating/ throbbing pain on one side of the head, that can be preceded by flashes of light, tingling in the arms and legs, nausea, vomiting, Depression, Irritability, Neck stiffness, Uncontrollable yawning. When untreated, a migraine usually lasts from four to 72 hours, but the frequency with which headaches occur varies from person to person. There can be blurred vision & Light headed ness sometimes followed by fainting. Once migraine is over patient may feel drained out. Migraine Trigger can be due to fluctuating hormone levels /stress or anxiety/ fruits such as bananas, avocados, and citrus/ too little or too much sleep/ caffeine withdrawal/ bright or strong lights
