I have a desk job and in the last 2 years, my weight has gone up from 75kgs to 85kgs. How can I lose my weight? Please help.

If you have desk job then it is very important to eat right. You must eat a healthy diet with balanced calories, carb & protein. Avoid tea, coffee, sugary drinks, unhealthy snacks like junk & fast foods replace them with healthy meal like green tea, fruits, nuts, makhana, veg sandwich, puffed rice etc.
